That you for submitting a nomination for CYC’s outstanding student award.
In order to complete the nomination, the nominee must submit a short 1-4 minute video that answers the following questions:”
- State your name, the school you are attending/attended as part of CYC.
- If you have already graduated, how you are currently pursing enrollment in higher education or training, enlistment in the military or employment in the workforce?
- How has CYC made a positive impact on your education, career of life decision?
- Why do you think this special person nominated you?
If a nominee would prefer, they can also submit a one page essay on how the CYC programs have changed their life or why they think they were picked to win this award.
Please let your nominee know to expect an email from CYC with instructions on how to submit the video or essay. A copy of this email will also be sent to you as the nominator.
