How to request a YMCA membership

To request a free YMCA membership for you and your mentee, click on the "Mentee Info" link in the VolunteerLink section (you will need to be logged in to see these options):



You will be presented with a list of your currently activities within CYC. If you have been with your mentee for more than 90 days, you will see a link that allows you to request a YMCA membership, as seen below:



Click the "You may apply for a YMCA membership by clicking here." link and your request will be sent.

If you already have a YMCA membership, this screen will tell you your current YMCA ID number and when your free membership expires, as seen below:



If your YMCA membership has expired, this screen will give you an option to renew your membership, as seen below:



Click the "Your YMCA membership has expired! Please click here to begin the renewal process" link to request your membership be renewed.

Once you have sent in a YMCA membership request, it can take up to 4 business days for a response, although it is often quicker.
