Ms. Keller will assume the role January 1, 2006. Ms. Keller will replace Dr. Myrtis Powell who came out of retirement to lead the CYC for two years. Over the next few months, Dr. Powell and Ms. Keller will work together to ensure a smooth transition. Ms. Keller will assume the role January 1, 2006. Ms. Keller will replace Dr. Myrtis Powell who came out of retirement to lead the CYC for two years. Ms. Keller has been with the CYC for a year and a half, most recently working as the interim Vice President of Mentoring for the past 7 months. Prior to joining the CYC, Ms. Keller served as Senior Vice President of Customer Recordkeeping Services for Fidelity Investments. Ms. Keller has been very active in the non-profit community having served as a consultant to various educational entities and currently is Chairperson for the Cincinnati State Foundation Board. Ms. Keller currently mentors a 7 th grade student at Pleasant Ridge. A leader in youth development programs since 1987, the Cincinnati Youth Collaborative creates, facilitates and supports positive educational, social and economic programs to benefit the region's youth – with primary focus on Cincinnati Public School–age and young-adult populations. Focusing on two primary areas– Mentoring and College Access, CYC brings together people, institutions, and other community resources to help youth graduate from high school, enter post-secondary education, and/or obtain employment.
