Cincinnati College Access Collaborative presents City-Wide Career Fair with College Connections
CINCINNATI, (November 7) – The Cincinnati College Access Collaborative has announced its first annual city-wide 'Career Fair with College Connections' to be held Saturday, November 17th from 10am to 2pm at Shroder Paideia High School
The event will give students within the Cincinnati Public School system the opportunity to meet with local business professionals to receive first-hand tips on how to succeed within their desired career field. Representatives from local colleges, universities and trade schools will also be in attendance to speak with prospective students.
"We have always focused on strong community efforts with youth and education," said Katelyn Jackson, coordinator of Public Affairs & Communications for Coca-Cola Bottling Company of Cincinnati. "This is an exciting chance for youth of all ages to explore the wide range of post-secondary education and professional work opportunities."
Throughout the course of the day, PowerPoint presentations spotlighting participating businesses and universities will run on a rotating basis, and prize raffles will be held every hour on the hour.
Shroder Paideia High School is located on 5030 Duck Creek Rd. Students. Community persons of all ages are invited to attend.
Refreshments will be provided courtesy of the sponsorship of Coca-Cola Bottling Company of Cincinnati.
