Free YMCA Membership for CYC Mentors and Mentees

Another perk to being a mentor at CYC? The CYC, in collaboration with the YMCA, offers free annual YMCA memberships. To receive a YMCA membership you must have been in a relationship with your mentee for at least 90 days. Please complete the form below and submit it to the CYC. You may also print out this page and give it to your coordinator or the CYC office. Once we receive the form we will submit a request and contact you with your membership number within two weeks. Simply take this number to any of the Tri-State YMCAs listed below and they will create your membership cards.

In order to use this YMCA membership, you and your mentee must attend the YMCA together. The YMCA reserves the right to terminate memberships of mentors who attend a YMCA without their mentee(s).
